Position Summary:
AMI is seeking an Operations Finance Analyst to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be an integral partner to the Operations team supporting the accounting and reporting for plant operations. Essential Functions:
Partner with the Operations team to understand financial impacts coming from the plant
Facilitate insightful analysis to help drive decision making
Enjoy understanding and driving insight to financial drivers/variances
Assist with financial close processes, managing deliverables to ensure proper prioritization and compliance with company policies and GAAP
Ensure the accuracy and reconciliation of inventory
Help drive and own the standard costing process
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
2-5 years of relevant experience. Experience in a manufacturing and/or public accounting environment a plus
Experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is preferred
