The--Associate Financial Advisor--position offers the opportunity to learn comprehensive wealth management practices from financial planning experts. This is a full-time, on-site, salaried position.--This is a great opportunity for someone working in wealth management Client Services to make the move to becoming a Financial Advisor.--The Associate Financial Advisor position comes with a--competitive salary, a full range of benefits, and a management team who believe in and invest in their people.The right candidate for the Associate Financial Advisor position will be reliable, goal-oriented, self-directed, work well collaboratively and be able to adhere to all compliance policies & procedures and Code of Ethics requirements.An undergraduate degree in financial services industry areas such as, finance, financial planning, economics is required. Equivalent work experience will be considered. Securities licenses will be required. These can be obtained upon hire, if not already acquired. Basic knowledge and experience with investing is a plus.--As an Associate Financial Advisor,--you will support the senior advisor by:

• Preparing for and participating in on-going client portfolio reviews & prospective client initial meetings. This would include obtaining updated client information, collecting any outside account statements to be included in the portfolio analysis, and developing proposals and presentations
• Meeting & greeting clients and prospects
• Responding to advice-related client calls
• Making outgoing courtesy/follow up calls
• Completing forms and entering dataKey Qualities:
  • Financial industry knowledge - investment, risk management concepts and terminology, basic statistics/portfolio theory
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Organized, methodical/systematic approach to tasks
  • Ability to put people at ease
  • Comfortable making presentations and telephone conversations
