No calls, please.Duties/Responsibilities:Manage and oversee the AR department, ensuring accurate and timely billing, collections, and account management.Monitor and analyze AR aging reports to ensure timely collections and minimize bad debt.Work with customers to resolve billing and payment issues and negotiate payment plans when necessary.Develop and implement AR policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.Provide regular reports on AR performance and metrics to the senior management team.Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely recording of revenue and related transactions.Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting principles related to AR.Cross train with financial staff on APPerform other duties as assignedRequired Skills:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldAt least 2 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on ARStrong understanding of accounting principlesExperience with QuickBooksProficiency in Mircrosoft Excel and accounting softwareStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong written and verbal communication skillsApplicants should provide a resume and at least three employer (supervisor) references.Applicants must be able to pass a background check
