Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Accounting Manager Position type FULLTIME Location: Onsite 5 days per week Columbus Georgia Our CLIENT is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our family-oriented team in Columbus, GA. This is a high-impact role with career growth potential, supporting our CFO and helping drive financial excellence across the organization. What You'll Do As Accounting Manager, you'll take ownership of core accounting functions and work directly with our CFO. Your responsibilities will include: Managing General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable Performing bank reconciliations and data imports Leading budgeting and forecasting processes Supporting annual audits and corporate tax return preparation Maintaining and updating the accounting policies and procedures manual Assisting with property and casualty insurance matters Participating in treasury and banking operations Leveraging QuickBooks and advanced Excel skills to streamline reporting What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting 3?5 years of accounting experience (CPA preferred but not required) Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.) Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls Experience with audits, budgeting, and reconciliations A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a team-first attitude Close-knit culture ? 15-person office where everyone knows your name Customer-first mindset ?
