Salary: $175,000 - $250,000 per year A bit about us: We’re seeking an experienced finance leader to oversee the financial management and performance analysis of worldwide manufacturing operations. Reporting to the CFO, this role provides strategic financial guidance, ensures compliance with global accounting standards, and partners closely with operations leadership to drive efficiency and support key business decisions. Job Details Key Responsibilities: Financial Oversight & Reporting: Direct financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across global manufacturing sites. Track KPIs such as cost per unit, labor efficiency, and material usage to identify improvement opportunities. Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with operations and finance leadership to evaluate working capital, plant performance, make-buy decisions, network optimization, and new product launches. Lead efforts to standardize and automate finance processes. Cost Accounting & Analysis: Implement and maintain standard costing methodologies, analyze manufacturing variances, and manage -inventory valuation and cost of goods sold. Month-End Close: Oversee site-level close processes, including balance sheet, income statement, and AR/AP activities. Controls & Compliance: Ensure adherence to global accounting policies, partner with audit teams, and oversee accurate physical inventories and cycle counts. Team Leadership: Mentor and manage finance teams across multiple sites, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA/CMA preferred. 10 years of finance experience, including at least 5 in manufacturing or industrial settings. Expertise in standard costing, inventory management, and manufacturing performance metrics. Strong ERP knowledge (Oracle or similar) and advanced Excel/data analysis skills.
