Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year A bit about us: A technology company is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its Corporate Accounting team. This group is responsible for accurate, timely, and audit-ready financial reporting and plays a key role in supporting a fast-paced, data-driven business. This position reports to the Corporate Accounting Manager and will focus heavily on month-end close activities, compensation-related accounting, & payroll. Why join us? Premier Benefits: Flexible paid time off and company holidays Medical, dental, and vision coverage starting day one 401(k) with company match and student loan repayment support Employee stock purchase plan Continuing education assistance Lifestyle spending account for wellness and personal development Mental health and wellbeing resources Job Details Responsibilities: Support the month-end close process, with primary ownership over payroll, benefits, bonuses, and other compensation-related accounting Prepare and post journal entries for on-cycle and off-cycle payroll, including bonuses and severance Maintain payroll and compensation schedules and record required accruals Record payroll-related cash activity, including taxes, benefits funding, and retirement contributions Prepare monthly headcount and compensation reports; validate employee movement and salary changes Assist with bonus accrual calculations and updates for new hires, terminations, and compensation changes Perform account reconciliations and support general expense accounting Drive process improvements and efficiencies across accounting systems and workflows Support internal and external audits, SEC-related requests, and special projects as needed Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience Strong Excel skills and comfort working with detailed financial data Experience with NetSuite, Coupa, and/or BlackLine is a plus Interested in hearing more?
