M&A and strategic advisory transactions. What: Provide
analytical, financial modeling, valuation, and transaction
execution support to senior bankers and client teams. When: This is

Salary: Commensurate with experience. Job Description: The
Corporate Finance Associate supports senior bankers in originating
and executing M&A transactions, developing financial models,
preparing valuation analyses, and creating client presentations and
confidential information memoranda. Key Responsibilities: Support
senior bankers in developing strategic and corporate finance
initiatives. Participate in day-to-day execution of M&A
mandates. Build financial models including valuation, merger, and
LBO analyses. Prepare industry research, company profiles, and
analytical presentations. Develop confidential information
memoranda and management presentations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s
degree required; MBA or graduate degree in finance or related field
preferred. Strong academic record. Solid understanding of
transaction cycles and M&A processes. Excellent quantitative,
analytical, and financial modeling skills. Proficiency in Excel,
PowerPoint, and Word. Strong written and verbal communication
skills. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team
environment. Ability to travel regionally up to 15%. Legally
authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
