following job description: Responsible for the product vision,
development, and management of various direct-to-consumer lending
products within the Unsecured & Personal Lending product suite.
Lead and manage product initiatives, product design, pricing,
distribution, and portfolio management of the product to meet
growth and profitability goals. Coordinate and collaborate with
various business partners to drive profitable growth and provide an
excellent client experience while ensuring regulatory and legal
compliance. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Following is a
summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may

Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Develop and
maintain the product value proposition, vision, and strategy in
collaboration with key partners in Finance, Product Delivery,
Analytics, Marketing, Operations, and Technology. 2. Integrate
overall business strategy, product line plans and strategy,
competitive analysis and customer needs into an effective product
strategy and position in the marketplace. 3. Drive initiatives that
align with the long-term strategy and roadmap, with high degree of
ownership over critical features and the end-to-end customer
experience through product innovation. 4. Ensure product experience
is optimized through all channels. 5. Bridge technical and business
worlds by engaging with matrixed teams including IT, Design,
Operations, Finance, Marketing, Governance, Legal and Compliance,
and drive internal stakeholder and partner engagements necessary
for various product enhancements. 6. Serve as the expert and main
point of contact for the product for internal and external
stakeholders, providing product and market insights and
creating/presenting educational materials. 7. Adhere to product
policies and regulations to ensure all legal, compliance and audit
standards are fully met. 8. Responsible and accountable for
creating and meeting product level key performance indicators
(KPIs). QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications: The requirements
listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or

1. Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent
education and related training or experience 2. 10 years'
experience in finance, product management, technology and/or
consulting 3. Analytic, statistics and/or quantitative experience
4. Ability to balance strategy, execution and operational
requirements 5. Strong technical, UX, and creative problem-solving
skill Preferred Qualifications: 1. Experience working with Agile
delivery 2. Experience working in consumer lending product
