and managing front desk activities efficiently, the Front Office

proactive individual who can multitask effectively while delivering
exceptional customer service. Minimum Qualifications: High school
diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in a front office,
receptionist, or administrative support role. Proficiency in using
office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,
Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong
organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Associate’s degree or higher
in Business Administration or related field. Experience with office
management software and phone systems. Customer service training or
certification. Familiarity with data entry and record-keeping best
practices. Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
