WHAT YOU'LL DO: As a Consultant in our Maintenance & Reliability practice, your main role will be to lead client teams through the design and implementation of World-Class Maintenance processes, systems, and disciplines in a variety of manufacturing environments. Our initiatives will span everything from maintenance planning and execution, meeting management, root cause analysis, production, production scheduling, and more. While our highly experienced team has an excellent track record of delivering extreme customer satisfaction in this industry, you will be expected to bring thoughts and ideas that challenge thinking and procedure, and drive our processes, approach, and methodologies to continually improve. Your professionalism, enthusiasm and effectiveness will help grow our reputation and thereby help us grow our business by developing strong client relationships, project extensions, and client referrals. WEEKLY TRAVEL: Your engagements will be at the client’s site and will require weekly travel. Working for Osorno means having the opportunity to work day-in and day-out with a wide variety of exceptional businesses in great communities. Projects may be ongoing in Georgia, Arkansas, Minnesota, Idaho, Oregon, or anywhere else across North America or beyond. A typical work week will have you departing home on Monday morning and returning home late Thursday evening, with Fridays spent working from home on projects or other assigned work. Candidates will ideally live in/near the greater Atlanta, GA metropolitan area. Alternatively, the candidate must live near a major regional airport. BASE PAY: $70,000-$90,000 BENEFITS: - Annual bonus - 401(k) w/ match - Flexible spending account - Health insurance - Employer-paid Group Life Insurance - Employer-paid AD&D - Health savings account - Paid time off - Disability, Accident, & Critical Illness IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE: - Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business, or other related field (required) - MBA (not required, but preferred) - CMRP or CRL Certification (not required, but preferred) - 3 years of relevant experience working in either: - Maintenance / Reliability leadership in a manufacturing setting - A combination of maintenance and production leadership in a manufacturing setting - A Maintenance Consulting role working on the implementation of Maintenance processes, systems and disciplines - Extensive experience with maintenance processes, systems and disciplines, and familiarity with current methodologies and technologies that minimize failures and associated losses - Extensive hands-on experience with various Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or other relational database programs - Experience creating, implementing, and driving performance using Maintenance KPIs (leading and lagging) - Extensive experience with the application of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies - Capability to effectively interact with tradesmen, managers, and business executives - Project management experience - Strong presentation and written communication skills - Fluency in Spanish (ideal, but not required) - Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office products - Ability to be pragmatic, resilient and innovative in problem-solving and issue resolution - Keen analytical mindset - Comfort working in the great small-town communities where our clients have their operations OUR OFFER: In addition to a competitive salary with attractive benefits, we offer you an exciting work environment in an excellent industry, continual education, and on-the-job training.
