Travel to Local Job Sites A reputable, fast-growing commercial
contractor is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead complex
projects in the $5M–$25M range. This role is perfect for someone
with deep construction experience who can lead teams and drive
projects from preconstruction through completion. Responsibilities:
Oversee multiple project teams, including Project Engineers and
Assistant PMs Lead preconstruction efforts in collaboration with
estimating teams Own the full lifecycle of the project: budgeting,
scheduling, procurement, and execution Maintain close coordination
with clients, architects, engineers, and subs Ensure high standards
for quality, documentation, safety, and close-out Mentor junior
staff and help shape project delivery best practices
Qualifications: 8 years of experience in commercial project
management Proven record of managing large, complex commercial
builds Familiarity with Procore or other project management
platforms Strong financial, contractual, and communication skills
Leadership presence with the ability to drive team performance
