Position Title: Superintendent Location: Macon, GA Employment Type: Full-Time About the Company Join an award-winning, design/build general contractor with a stellar reputation for delivering high-quality, ground-up commercial projects across Georgia and the Southeast. Role Overview We’re seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead ground-up commercial construction projects, typically in the $10M–$20M range. Ideal candidates will bring solid industry knowledge, jobsite leadership, and the ability to drive quality and schedule in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Oversee daily on-site operations, subcontractor coordination, and construction activity Manage project schedules, quality control, and safety compliance Collaborate with PMs, APMs, and clients to ensure smooth execution Conduct regular team meetings and maintain progress reports Qualifications 10–20 years of experience preferred (open to less with strong leadership and field experience) Experience running $10M–$20M ground-up commercial projects Knowledge of higher education, institutional, and diverse commercial construction Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to lead and mentor younger superintendents and field teams Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary and Bonus Company vehicle or allowance Medical, dental, vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid time off and holidays This is a long-term opportunity with a company that values loyalty, teamwork, and growth.
