Technician to join our team in Carrollton, GA . What adds to the

range of $40,000 to $60,000 per year, you can be confident that

MATTER As an In-house Maintenance Technician, your role encompasses
a variety of tasks aimed at maintaining our properties in excellent
condition. Preferred experience in a multifamily space is
essential, given the need to handle a range of small jobs. Your
skill set should cover plumbing, small electrical work, drywall
repair, and carpentry. This position calls for a versatile
handyperson with the adaptability to tackle different maintenance
responsibilities. WHAT'S REQUIRED? Plumping, electrical, Drywall,
basic handyperson experience Driver's license Ability to lift and
use basic hand tools Strong problem- solving/troubleshooting skills
