Job Description:

expand our skilled labor force with a dedicated HVAC Service
Technician who excels in assessing, repairing, and maintaining
heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role is
vital in ensuring effective and efficient HVAC operations, directly
impacting customer satisfaction and operational excellence in
energy management for a diverse client base, including residential,
commercial, and public sectors. Diagnose and fix any issues related
to HVAC systems, including proactive fault finding and
troubleshooting. Perform routine and preventative maintenance to
ensure that building systems operate efficiently and the longevity
of equipment is maximized. Communicate with customers regarding
their service needs, providing clear information on the status of
their systems and the work performed. Ensure compliance with all
safety and regulatory requirements relevant to HVAC installation
and maintenance. Maintain accurate records of work performed,
including any changes or enhancements made during installation or
repair. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer
satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships. Collaborate
with a team of technicians, sharing knowledge and assisting others
in a mutually supportive work environment. Strong understanding of
HVAC systems and their operation, including both residential and
commercial units. Ability to troubleshoot and solve issues related
to HVAC systems efficiently. Skillful in using tools and technology
required for the diagnosis and repair of HVAC units. Excellent
communication skills, capable of explaining technical information
in simple terms. High organizational skills for managing several
projects simultaneously. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k EPA Section 608 Technician Certification mandatory.
HVAC Excellence Certification (preferred but not required). NATE
Certification (highly preferred).
