Representative to join our team in Atlanta for the exciting

connect with diverse communities across Atlanta, ensuring residents

of Telecommunications. As a Customer Engagement Representative, you
will be the key link between our AT&T campaign and the vibrant
customers of Atlanta. You'll be responsible for developing and
implementing creative strategies to build trust as a Customer
Engagement Representative, increase awareness, and foster
meaningful engagement with AT&T services within local
communities. Your ability to connect with people, understand their
needs, and create collaborative initiatives will be crucial to the
campaign's success. Key Responsibilities of the Customer Engagement
Representative : Develop and implement Atlanta
neighborhood-specific community engagement plans for the AT&T
campaign. Build and maintain strong relationships with community
leaders, neighborhood associations, and key influencers. Serve as a
primary point of contact for customer inquiries and feedback
related to the AT&T campaign. Collaborate closely with the
marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent and
community-focused outreach efforts. Develop concise communication
materials for community distribution, emphasizing AT&T benefits
for Atlanta residents. Gather valuable community feedback and
insights to inform campaign strategies and strengthen community
relations. Identify and cultivate partnerships with local
organizations to enhance community engagement and expand the reach
of the AT&T campaign. Track and report on community engagement
activities and their impact on the AT&T campaign.
