customers and business. This Customer Care Representative role
focuses on serving as a trusted resource for business with any
telecommunication inquiries and ensuring they are satisfied with
AT&T’s cutting-edge solutions. As a Customer Care
Representative you will drive present services, create satisfaction
through sharp communication, problem-solving, and adaptability and
process any sales orders necessary. Fully trained to resolve
inquiries, the Customer Care Representative will optimize telecom
solutions, and provide strategic guidance to build lasting business
partnerships with confidence, expertise, and a commitment to
service excellence. Responsibilities of the Customer Care
Representative: Act as the primary contact for customers and
business with AT&T Services, handling inquiries, support needs,
and ensuring continued satisfaction Process orders for businesses
new internet, wireless and phone services Efficiently resolve
service issues, billing concerns, and technical questions with
professionalism and a solutions-driven mindset Guide new business
customers through account setup, and ensure a seamless account
experience Proactively connect with customers, monitoring
satisfaction, addressing concerns, and maximizing their use of
AT&T solutions Educate customers on AT&T’s latest products,
service upgrades, and features that support their operational
growth Collaborate across departments, working with AT&T’s
sales, technical, and billing teams to resolve issues and improve
customer experiences
