Processing Specialist – Macon, GA Salary: $17.81 per hour / $37,133
annually - Earn a 10% differential incentive for applicable evening
shifts - No weekend or holiday schedule requirements At GEICO, our

Processing Specialists for our Macon office who are compassionate,
empathic, and have a passion for customer service. We’re seeking
outstanding associates who want to kickstart a fulfilling career
with one of the fastest-growing auto insurers in the U.S. As a
Title Processing Specialist, you are there when it counts:
assisting policyholders in all 50 states after their vehicles have
been claimed as total losses. Accidents and natural disasters are
traumatic experiences, and it takes a special person to assist our
customers during these situations. Through our paid,
industry-leading you'll learn how to ensure a smooth insurance
claims handling process by taking initial loss reports, completing

service skills and/or experience Demonstrated timely, consistent
job attendance history Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking
skills Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing
Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call
center environment Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent,
