Manager Reports To : National Service Leader FLSA Status : Exempt
Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Branch Manager to lead
operations at our HVAC rental branch. This role is responsible for
overseeing daily branch activities, coordinating field service
operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal
candidate will have experience in the HVAC, rental, or construction
industries and a strong background in team leadership, logistics,
and operational efficiency. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Oversee all daily branch operations, ensuring timely and
efficient service delivery. • Coordinate technician schedules,
equipment deliveries, and service calls to meet customer and
project demands. • Schedule personnel, materials, and HVAC rental
equipment based on project timelines and requirements. • Generate
work orders, dispatch technicians, and proactively communicate with
customers regarding service updates. • Ensure seamless project
coordination and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. •
Maintain accurate branch inventory and uphold jobsite quality
standards. • Enforce safety protocols, conduct regular audits, and
ensure OSHA compliance. • Recruit, hire, and onboard qualified
candidates for branch roles. • Mentor and develop technicians to
promote collaboration, performance, and growth. • Accountable for
branch P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Accountable for branch inventory accuracy and jobsite quality. •
Responsible for management of Technicians and employee development.
• Make strategic decisions to optimize operations, resource
allocation, and customer service. • Coordinate large project
quoting, damages, and cleaning fees with PC Sales Reps. • POC for
customer feedback and issues escalations appropriately. •
Collaborate with internal teams to support business development and
operational goals. Education/Experience: • Associate's degree
and/or 2 years of operations experience, or 3 years of relevant
industry experience. • Experience in HVAC, rental, or construction
industries preferred. • Proven leadership experience managing teams
and driving operational success. • Strong organizational,
motivational, and communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft
Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Basic
understanding of business accounting and P&L management. •
Demonstrated ability to recruit, hire, and mentor team members. •
Customer-focused with a commitment to service excellence. • Strong
decision-making and problem-solving skills. • Ability to thrive in
a dynamic, field-based environment. • Familiarity with dispatching
software and inventory management systems. Work Environment The

Salary ranges listed are dependent upon a candidate's
qualifications, experience, internal equity, and the budgeted
