Deaf Education, active DHH teaching certification, and 1 years
Teacher of the Deaf / Hard of Hearing experience required.

considered. This position offers an opportunity to provide
specialized instruction for a student who is Deaf or Hard of
Hearing in a K-12 school setting located in Alpharetta, GA. This is
a leave contract position requiring strict adherence to a set
schedule, allowing consistent and focused support for the student.
Key Details: Location: Alpharetta, Georgia Student Served: One K-12
student, Deaf or Hard of Hearing Schedule: Monday through Friday,
10:20 AM to 11:50 AM EST Duration: March 17, 2026 to May 22, 2026
Weekly Hours: 7.5 to 10 hours Qualifications: Active Georgia
Department of Education Certification for Teachers of the Deaf/Hard
of Hearing Experience working with Deaf/Hard of Hearing students (0
years accepted) Ability to maintain a strict schedule and follow
assigned student instruction plans Responsibilities: Deliver
individualized instruction tailored to the learning needs of a
Deaf/Hard of Hearing student Collaborate remotely or onsite as
required to support student success Maintain communication with
educational teams to ensure continuity of service during the leave
period Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of the student
within a limited timeframe This position offers a focused and
essential role in the educational development of a Deaf/Hard of
Hearing student within an Atlanta-area school system. Candidates
