industry. Develop and deliver curriculum in Nursing and related
healthcare fields Evaluate and enhance teaching methodologies based
on student performance and feedback Participate in faculty
committees and contribute to the academic governance of the
institution Support student learning with enthusiasm and innovative
pedagogies Guide students in their academic and career pursuits
Maintain professional competence through ongoing professional
development Strong background in clinical nursing practices
Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to
integrate technology into teaching and learning activities
Capability to assess student learning and implement improvements to
course content Proficiency in curriculum development and evaluation

401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Certification in a
specialty area (e.g., CNE - Certified Nurse Educator) is
preferred
