Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.
Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be
considered. A full-time Case Manager position is available to
support students in grades K-9 at a Seacoast Charter Academy
located in Kingston, NH. This contract role offers the opportunity
to work onsite within a K-12 school environment, focusing on
Special Education services for a caseload of approximately 12-14
students. The case manager will coordinate and manage
individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide small group
instruction primarily in reading, writing, and math.
Responsibilities: Manage and oversee caseload of 12-14 Special
Education students in grades K-9 Develop, implement, and monitor
individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide targeted small group
instruction in reading, writing, and math Collaborate with general
education teachers, therapists, and families to support student
progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student
progress and compliance with educational standards Serve as a
liaison between school, families, and external service providers
Qualifications: Certification in Special Education at K-12 level
Experience working with students across K-9 grades with diverse
learning needs Strong knowledge of special education laws,
regulations, and best practices Excellent organizational and
communication skills Ability to work onsite full-time (35 hours per
week) Location: Kingston, New Hampshire This position provides a
