Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A school-based opportunity
is available for an experienced professional skilled in Behavior
Analysis, specifically as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
This full-time, onsite contract position is located in Kingston,
Pennsylvania, serving a school environment focused on supporting
students with behavioral needs. Responsibilities include
implementing behavior intervention plans under supervision,
collecting and analyzing data on student behavior, and
collaborating with educational staff and supervising Board
Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support student progress. The
role demands strong communication skills and the ability to work
effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Key Qualifications:
Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Experience working in school settings with students requiring
behavioral support Ability to conduct data collection and assist in
behavior plan implementation Willingness to engage in virtual
supervision sessions with BCBA Effective interpersonal and team
