Job Description:
Job Description The client is a global aerospace company that is
in an expansionary mode in the region. Guide the Engineering team
to ensure swift operational support and resolution of technical
issues. Monitor engineering processes to meet project timelines,
budget constraints, and client technical standards. Strategize,
coordinate, and guide the engineering personnel to offer prompt
technical assistance to sales, production, and quality departments,
fulfilling company goals. Evaluate new project prospects and
conduct precise technical cost analyses to enhance the likelihood
of securing contracts. Propel the Engineering team to expedite the
introduction of new products, capitalizing on simultaneous
engineering as a principal competitive advantage. Champion the
Engineering team in augmenting product margins by refining
manufacturing methods. Steer the Engineering team in the transition
of products or processes from different sectors. Stay informed of
cutting-edge or evolving technologies and lead the charge in
business innovation. Facilitate the transition of products and
processes. Mentor, train, and cultivate a cadre of Manufacturing
Engineers to achieve peak performance and uphold standards of
excellence. Employ Leadership Effectiveness (EI) for management to
energize, inspire, and steer more efficiently. Synchronize the
Engineering team with the firm's requirements for promptness,
knowledge preservation, and operational sustainability.
Requirements Bachelors Degree in Engineering A minimum of 8 years'
experience in Engineering within a manufacturing setting, ideally
in the aerospace/metal machining/precision engineering sectors.
Proficient in machining, brazing, stamping, and heat treatment
processes. Familiarity with Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) is an
advantage. Proven grasp of material engineering and technology
administration in the manufacturing industry. Established record of
leadership effectiveness (EI) within a dynamic production milieu.
Robust capabilities in technical troubleshooting. Proven track
record of clear and influential communication across all
