TRC Talent is Hiring Equipment Technicians in White, GA Summary
The Ingot Equipment Technician helps keep manufacturing equipment
running safely and efficiently. You will perform preventive
maintenance, troubleshoot issues, complete repairs, and accurately
document your work. This role supports stable production, reduces
downtime, and maintains product quality in a fast-paced,
high-volume environment. Responsibilities Perform preventive and
routine maintenance on ingot manufacturing equipment. Troubleshoot
problems, complete repairs, and restore equipment quickly. Identify
needed parts and support inventory tracking. Document all
maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used. Follow company
safety rules, EHS guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures.
Assist with resolving production interruptions. Work closely with
technicians, engineers, and production teams. Participate in shift
pass-downs to ensure clear communication. Support improvement
efforts to increase equipment reliability. Perform other tasks as
assigned. Required Qualifications High school diploma or
equivalent; technical training preferred. Up to 5 years of
experience in maintenance, repair, or a related technical role.
Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings or schematics.
Strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail. Ability to
prioritize tasks and work safely around industrial equipment. Basic
knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and common tools.
Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills. Preferred
Qualifications Experience in high-volume manufacturing. Experience
with automated equipment or production lines. Familiarity with
ingot, semiconductor, or similar large-scale equipment. Work
Environment & Physical Requirements Fast-paced manufacturing
setting with heat, noise, and industrial equipment. Frequent
standing, walking, bending, and climbing; work in confined or
elevated areas may be required. Regular use of hand tools and power
tools. Must wear required PPE (safety glasses, steel-toe shoes,
gloves, respirator when needed). Able to lift up to 50 lbs and
perform hands-on mechanical work during 12-hour shifts. TRC Talent
