Troubleshoot and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Provide top-notch customer service and educate clients on HVAC options. Make product recommendations based on customer needs. Ensure quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards. Work efficiently during standard hours with occasional overtime based on seasonal demand.
