What You Will Be Doing: You will be the AMMM/F-16 Reliability
and Maintainability Integration Manager - Level 4. - You will be
the manager of the Lockheed Martin Logistics Services (LMLS) Global
Readiness Solutions (GRS) Sustainment Engineering AMMM/F-16
Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) Integration team,
reporting to the Sr Manager of AMMM/F-16 R&M. You will manage a
team of 10-15 persons located primarily in Marietta, GA. This role
will have responsibility for helping to integrate common functions
among the Reliability and Maintainability Teams for AMMM and F-16.
Key Responsibilities This position will include a mix of managerial
and technical tasks, with approximately 20% of the time allocated
to managerial functions. The key responsibilities include ensuring
alignment and integration of common functions among the teams
within AMMM/F-16 R&M. These functions include: - Leading and
executing an effort to ensure metrics measurement and reporting
processes are in place to ensure insight into program performance
to requirements and process efficiency - Leading the effort to
ensure a robust set of cross functional processes is in place to
ensure process and policy alignment between R&M, Technical
Publications, and Engineering and technology (E&T) - Leading
and executing a Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) process in
GEIA-STD-0007 format - Leading proposal support and Basis of
Estimate (BOE) generation for new programs - Leadership of Control
Account Management (CAM) personnel within the team to ensure
compliance with Earned Value (EV) and Program Finance requirements.
- Leading and executing a strategy to maximize use of aircraft
field performance data - Leading and executing an effort to ensure
a robust approach to program control functions exists within the
teams, including Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Risk and
Opportunity Management, and EV performance. - Ensuring a robust
task management process exists among the R&M teams A successful
candidate will: - Have previous aircraft design and/or maintenance
experience - Demonstrate Full Spectrum Leadership skills in
managing and growing a diverse team - Simultaneously work long-term
and short-term strategies - Experience leading a project and
motivating others to achieve milestones/outcomes - Earned Value/CAM
experience - Program Management/proposal experience is a plus

Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (such as
Aeronautical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, Systems
Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Physics) or equivalent
experience and combined education that demonstrates a strong
foundation in technical principles and practices. - Familiarity
with R&M Design, Analysis, and/or Testing tools, techniques and
standards - Aircraft design/maintenance and/or documentation
experience (prior military or commercial experience) - Demonstrated
leadership or project leadership experience - Proven ability to
drive positive change that delivers business results - Must be a
U.S. Citizen; this position will require a government security
clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires
special access. Desired skills Excellent Communication/Presentation
Skills - Experience in the fields of Reliability and
Maintainability for military aircraft - Experience with
contracting, including proposal work, execution, budget, cost,
schedule, quality, and contract close-out - Process
efficiency/optimization experience - Earned Value Management

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position
will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their
work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The
specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring
process. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports a
variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional
flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40
hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time
away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off
benefits. Security Clearance Information This position requires a
government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for
consideration. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this
position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most
major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland,
Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is
$109,200 - $192,510. For states not referenced above, the salary
range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work
location. Please note that the salary information is a general
