This role is pivotal to helping Cox achieve optimal business results by ensuring efficient management of promotional and retention offers, site merchandising and messaging in support of company objectives. To be successful, youll need to demonstrate experience running both long- and short-term projects and daily marketing campaigns while also managing internal and external relationships for results. Strong communication and analytical thinking skills are also necessary.Assists with the planning, development, and execution of integrated, multi-tactical marketing programs responsible for producing revenue growth and enhancing customer retention across the residential section of Implements new web experiences as required and manages creative execution for current customer merchandising sections of the site. Works with team to identify opportunities to optimize the customer purchase experience on Manager, Digital Revenue & Retention reports to Senior Manager, Digital Revenue & Retention.Essential Responsibilities and Duties

  • Supports the guiding vision for maximizing existing customer revenue on
  • Combines traditional sales expertise with a creative approach to interactive marketing to successfully up-sell, cross-sell and retain customers from the demographic (and technographic) spectrum of seniors to millennials.
  • Manages tailored offers for existing customers and optimizes within online experiences, sales chat, and targeted programs.
  • Must be able and confident to be measured against performance goals for the team.
  • Ensures best practices across all online retention marketing-related efforts to push the envelope to advance digital channels in a manner appropriate for Cox and the quality it demands for its customers.
  • Ensures 100% accuracy of content and adherence to brand and business objectives as well as to regulatory and privacy guidelines.
  • Understands the needs of internal and external customers, the business, and the competitive landscape.
  • Researches and analyzes consumer behavior information to determine trends and identify opportunities for revenue growth.

  • Works with digital team members to align display media and email initiatives in support of revenue and retention objectives on the site.
  • Accountable for understanding results, developing insights, and properly communicating across a wide range of business stakeholders, including senior leaders.
  • Works with digital agency of record to build all required assets in support of customer-centric digital initiatives.
  • Reviews site experience and sales reporting daily to quickly adjust to declining trends.
  • Assists with the development of presentations and other necessary reporting to share with business partners and senior leadership, providing weekly, monthly and quarterly updates as required.
  • Executes test scenarios to confirm hypotheses for improving site performance
  • Accountable for collaborating with technology partners to resolve site impacts or experience enhancements.
  • Collaborate with technology teams providing requirements when necessary to develop new capabilities and enhancements to existing processesQualifications:Minimum:

    • 5+ years of experience required in related field (i.e. E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, etc.)
    • 3+ years of online, sales and/or marketing experience with focus on-site and offer merchandising
    • Strong sales stimulation, merchandising and project management skills required
    • Track record of driving increased results performance
    • Self-motivated, independent individual who can perform at optimal levels with little guidance
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with and influence others effectively
    • Must possess demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across different teams
    • Working knowledge of modern digital technologies, such as content management systems, targeting and web analytics platforms
    • Experience and understanding of online marketing tactics and creative development across all device types (handheld mobile devices, tablets, desktop/laptop, iOS, etc.)
    • Working knowledge of digital KPIs and success measurements (.com metrics, paid search, digital display, remarketing, video pre-roll/broadband tv, paid social media)Preferred:
      • BS/BA degree in related discipline strongly desired (i.e. Marketing, Business, etc.)
      • Familiarity with Cox residential markets and service marketing
