Summary:The primary responsibility of the Project Manager is to
coordinate the workflow and the efficiencies within the project(s)
while acting as the primary point of contact for each applicable
customer in a manner that provides effective accountability to meet
the individual project targets and expectations as set by upper
management while maintaining our customer's confidence and
fulfilling their expectations.The Project Manager will communicate
with team members, associates, and customers, forecast capacity and
asset needs, and make well-planned, cost-effective decisions while
monitoring the efficiency, performance, production, and
productivity within each individual project with the objective of
hitting established goals. The Project Manager will perform their
responsibilities in a manner that aligns with the company culture,
mission, vision, values, virtues, policies, and procedures, while
meeting company safety and installation quality standards and
delivering an exceptional customer experience and company
profitability.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Manage,
supervise and direct all aspects of the assigned project(s) to
achieve maximum efficiency.Forecast and monitor production and
resources needed in a manner that maintains the appropriate
resources such as inventory, vehicles, machines, and personnel at
the appropriate time as needed.Managing the team that is
responsible for the daily operations of the assigned
project(s).Project Operational Cost Control.Work closely with the
Installation Supervisor(s), and Project Supervisor(s) to maintain
alignment with company targets and goals for productivity.Identify
operational problems or obstacles, troubleshoot, and provide
feasible solutions to correct any deficiencies.Manage and measure
departmental performance against established targets and
budgets.Create long-term and short-term plans, including setting
targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.Delegate tasks on
the project to employees best positioned to complete them.Make
effective and efficient decisions when presented with multiple
options for how to progress.Weekly status reporting based on
production verification.Communicate with executives to keep the
project(s) aligned with the company goals.Ensure quality control
throughout the project to maintain the standards expected.Work
alongside your team to ensure the completion of all the tasks is
performed in the most efficient manner that ensures the success of
the project.Invoice reconciliation assistance against production
verification to support the billing team as requested.Perform
formal and informal evaluations and provide feedback.Perform
administrative functions, such as submitting accident reports, and
disciplinary forms, reporting missed days at work, and site
updates.Team management: utilize team members to their fullest
potential, encourage collaboration, mitigate conflict, enforce
rules, and foster positive communication, acknowledgment, and
appreciation.Effective project management: apply company
methodology, enforce standards, manage overtime, minimize exposure
to risk and ensure completion of work to company
standards.Communicate relevant information to appropriate parties,
and resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely manner.EnterSource

Off.Requirements:Project Management / Supervisor experience with a
strong management background.Possess a thorough understanding of
the specs and requirements associated with FTTH projects.Understand
basic design and operational principles as they relate to an FTTH
plant.Provide constant attention to EnterSource's values and
inspire peers and subordinates.History of leading teams and
executing successful projects.General knowledge of the
telecommunications trade and ability to convey fundamentals.Adept
at using technology and basic internal and external computer
programs.Ability to plan, multitask and manage time
effectively.Ability to learn and adapt quickly to evolving business
processes.Working knowledge and ability with Google Office Suite
and other software as needed.Self-motivated and works under limited
supervision.Leadership skills and strong attention to detail.Strong
execution and facilitation skills in a production-based
environment.Ability to communicate in writing and verbally at all
levels with clarity and precision.Attend and participate in weekly
Leadership Meetings.Improve and promote quality through effective

including additional work on weekends and holidays as needed.
Frequent travel to various office locations and job sites is
required.Experience managing diverse teams and managing customer
expectations, as well as project deliverables.Sound decision-making
on when issues should be escalated and communication with
management and customers necessary for successful project
delivery.Technical expertise and knowledge as required based upon
the project deliverables: e.g. FTTH fundamentals, PON network,
broadband installation services, telecommunications
industry.Proficient in the use of hand tools and power lift
equipment.Ability to organize resources and tasks to manage to a
schedule.Demonstrates accountability of self and others.Ability to
influence others to do their best work while respecting each team
member.Ability to work with diverse personalities and to
communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, management,
employees, and temporary staff agency.Flexible and able to adapt to
manage stressful environments while maintaining a professional
demeanor.Education:This job requires at least a high school diploma
or GED equivalent and 5+ years of experience in the same or similar
industry projects with leading or managing experience. Preferred
applicants have 2+ years experience in the utilities construction
or telecommunications home services industry with extensive
knowledge and experience in leading and managing FTTX, FTTH, Fiber,
or broadband projects.Work Environment & Physical Demands:The

equipment that is carried, must be able to remain within the weight
requirements of a 300-pound ladder. Must be able to safely operate
a motor vehicle. Frequent travel to office locations or customer
job sites is required to ensure safety practices are being executed
appropriately and that field employees are properly trained on the
safest ways of carrying out their job. Overnight travel will be
upwards of 50% of the time. The employee is regularly scheduled to
work 40 hours a week and can be scheduled any day of the week
Monday through Sunday, 365 days a year including
holidays.Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:Valid driver's
license is required (subject to verification) with a driving record
that meets the company's minimum safety standard for a
