The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in public accounting and/or internal audit, preferably in a manufacturing or retail environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the audit process and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits and opportunities for growth.Responsibilities:Develop and execute audit plans in accordance with company policies and proceduresLead and supervise audit teams to ensure timely completion of auditsIdentify and assess risks and controls, and provide recommendations for improvementReview and analyze financial statements and related documents to ensure accuracy and completenessEvaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and make recommendations for improvementCommunicate audit findings and recommendations to management and stakeholdersDevelop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external auditors and regulatory bodiesKeep abreast of changes in regulations and standards and ensure compliance with all relevant requirementsProvide training and guidance to junior team membersQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldCPA certification preferredMinimum of 3+ years of experience in public accounting and/or internal audit, preferably in a manufacturing or retail environmentStrong knowledge of auditing standards and regulationsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with Government Audit is a plusIf you are a highly motivated and experienced audit professional with a passion for excellence, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
