This leader will drive performance improvement informed by evidence-based care to fulfill Grady's mission and obligation to its patients and the community. The CQO will work across Grady's clinical departments and service lines to enhance integration and ensure alignment with Grady's quality and safety priorities. The CQO will also be responsible for fostering collaborative relationships with Emory and Morehouse to strengthen communication, identify opportunities for greater alignment, and improve patient outcomes. The CQO will partner with Emory and Morehouse department chairs, along with clinical and administrative leaders across Grady to spearhead innovative, strategic, and effective safety programs across all modalities of care. They will be a champion for a data-driven approach to advance Grady to be a national leader in quality and safety.
