of excellence.Responsibilities:
- Support Change Strategy Implementation: Assist in the
development and execution of change management strategies and plans
to help employees adopt new processes, tools, and
technologies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with project teams and
client stakeholders to gather input, understand concerns, and
ensure alignment throughout the change process.
- Impact Analysis: Conduct change impact assessments to determine
the extent of changes and recommend appropriate actions.
- Communication & Training Support: Help create and deliver
communication materials and training programs that support the
transition and enhance end-user adoption.
- Risk Identification: Assist in identifying resistance to change
and propose strategies to mitigate risks.
- Data Gathering & Reporting: Track and measure the effectiveness
of change management activities, providing insights and reports to
project teams.
- Leadership & Team Support: Provide support to project leaders
and ensure all team members are informed and aligned on the change
objectives.QualificationsEducation:
- Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, Business,
Psychology, or a related field
- Additional Education: Master's degree is a plus.Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in OCM, project management, or related
roles.
- Understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci
ADKAR, Kotter).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
environment.
- Experience working with stakeholders and facilitating
discussions.
- Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci)
is a plus.
- Experience supporting change in technology implementations or
process improvements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex
business challenges and support innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with
the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support
senior consultants.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the
ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Advanced understanding of strategic planning, business process
optimization, and organizational change management.
- Industry Exposure: Experience or internship in industries such
as automotive, manufacturing, or aerospace is
advantageous.Percentage of required travel: up to 100%Physical
requirements:
- This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely
uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras,
photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is
required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion
with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a
computer.
- Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open
office/noisy environment.
- Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time while
