JOB SUMMARY
At Houston Methodist, the Application Analyst is responsible for
intermediate level support and configuration of assigned
applications. The position entails assisting, training and
supporting customers with the operation and administration of
systems. The Application Analyst troubleshoots issues and works
with vendors on issue resolution. The Application Analyst partners
with customers to increase understanding of available tools to
enhance operational efficiencies. Responsibilities may include
creating, documentation and assisting other IT groups and teams
with issues and problems. The Application Analyst ensures the
services provided contribute to the successful accomplishment of
department and organizational goals. The Application Analyst
possess intermediate technical expertise to support specific
healthcare applications. The Analyst will cross train to become
proficient in multiple applications. The Application Analyst
applies skills in line with Houston Methodist values and goals, to
assure the efficient, effective and consistent delivery of high
quality IT services.
Seeking clinical ancillary systems support analyst with background
in Cardiology to join IT-Cardiology Imaging Systems Team. Prefer
expertise with various client/server PACS systems, post processing
systems, cloud-based solutions, DICOM routers and A.I. solutions.
Current systems include Siemens Syngo Dynamics, Intelerad Digiview,
Siemens Syngo VIA, Intelerad WebPax, Invia 4DM, Phillips ISP,
Siemens VIBE, GE MacLab, among others. Responsibilities include
system implementations, upgrades, administration, maintenance and
support. Must have excellent communications skills and service
heart and mindset with emphasis on cultivating relationships and
providing unparalleled support. Work base is primarily remote but
does require occasional clinical and corporate onsite engagements.
