This highly-rated Endocrinology clinic is seeking an outpatient physician for their academically appointed clinical role. With a large draw area and a growing waiting list, the incoming physician can expect to ramp up within a short time frame. The clinic prides itself on being patient-centric, supportive of its employees, opportunities for growth & collaboration, and competitive from a benefits standpoint. Schedule:

• Clinical hours are Monday through Friday 8A - 5P
• Physicians see an average of 20 - 24 patients per day, full spectrum endocrinology
• New patients appointments will vary from 30-60 minutes and follow-ups vary from 15 - 60 minutes
• No inpatient call coverage Practice Setting:
  • The clinic is approximately 30,000 square feet and consists of large exam rooms and a dedicated procedure room
  • Support staff consisting of Certified Medical Assistants trained in endocrine and LPN
  • DEXA machine on site
  • Private office space available for each physician Compensation:
    • Annual guaranteed base PLUS incentive bonuses
    • There is an incentive model associated with the base salary and it is based on a collections model
    • TUITION WAIVER OFFERED FOR FAMILY MEMBERS Cases and Procedures:
      • Type 1 and 2 diabetes takes up 90% of the patient base, with additional endocrine diagnoses including but not limited to: Dual-energy X-ray Absorptiometry, Thyroid Ultrasound, and Ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration
      • Outpatient clinic focused on type 1 and type 2 diabetes, utilizing pumps and sensors, pituitary disease, thyroid disease including cancer, adrenal disease, parathyroid disease and osteoporosis as well as metabolic bone disease
      • Diabetic Educator on staff Location:The residents in this community can look out their windows to view a gorgeous landscape and enjoy a low cost of living relative to the area.
