Physician - Family Medicine

SCHEDULE:
- Full-Time
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am to 5:00pm

COMPENSATION:
- $200,000+ Base Salary, negotiable depending on experience

LOCATION:
Macon, Georgia

COMPANY PROFILE:
This physician-owned private practice operates outpatient offices in Macon and Warner Robins, providing primary care and psychiatric services to patients of all ages. The practice was founded in 2017 and currently employs a team of two (2) physicians and four (4) nurse practitioners, who are supported by dedicated clinical and administrative team members. They are currently hiring due to growth.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This is a standard outpatient primary care role, in which the physician will be responsible for overall provision of care to patients of all ages.

Duties of the role include, but are not limited to:

- all ages primary care
- patient evaluations
- physical assessments
- patient education
- chronic disease management
- preventative medicine
- medication management
- specialist referrals

The practice also has a psychiatric service line, allowing for convenient in-practice referrals of patients suffering from conditions such as anxiety and depression.

Physicians see an average of 20 to 25 patients per day with dedicated support staff, including a medical assistant.

The practice uses the eClinicalWorks EHR.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Georgia medical license
- DEA
- Board Certified or Eligible, Family Medicine
- no experience required
