Job OpportunityMedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled Long Term Acute Care registered nurse for a travel assignment with one of our top healthcare clients.Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
• Monitor and administer medications, including oral, subcutaneous, and IV administration
• Educate patients and families on surgical processes and illness management
• Monitor and adjust specialized equipment used on patients, and record and interpret electronic displays
• Interpret telemetry readings and notify medical team members of irregularities
• Perform duties required of a registered nurse at all timesRequirements
  • Active RN license
  • Degree from an accredited nursing program
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Eighteen months of recent experience in a Long Term Acute Care setting
  • Experience with vents, trachs, drips, EG tubes, and ability to read tele-stripsBenefits
