Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 07/14/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Experience Requirements - 2 years in Stepdown in an acute care setting is required w/o exception. Interview Options - We offer a Clinical Interview or an "auto-offer" based on resume review. - Please indicate at submission which one is preferred. Unit Notes for Cardiology (Stepdown Unit) - Unit Name: Cardiology-4A/4B — This is cardiac stepdown. - 4A: More cardiothoracic and cardiovascular surgery - 4B: Smaller procedures, drips, CHF patients - Charge Nurse: Clinical Supervisor - Nurse Aides Ratio: 1 to 10 - Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1 to 5 - of Beds: 44 beds total, including 8 semiprivate rooms (16 beds) - Scrub Color: Caribbean Blue - EMR: Meditech - Tele: Yes, Phillips - Nurse’s Responsibility: Must read and interpret strips - Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend - Shifts: 6:45 AM and 6:45 PM Certifications Required - BLS - ACLS - NIHSS preferred 43 (898736) About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
