Job Description PHP is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a travel job in Albany, Georgia. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: MRI Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 06/30/2025 - Duration: 16 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, evenings - Employment Type: Travel General Certification Requirements: BLS Certs/ARRT & other specialty certification requirements: ARRT How many scanners/rooms does this department have? A total of 4 scanners, agency will staff 2 Also, have a mobile unit- could be 2 travelers covering but will have someone in house that is perm Will they have to float/cover any other areas? no Common types of imaging/studies performed & Job Duties Musculoskeletal imagining, basic neuro, a lot of abd/pelvis, rad onc, breast imaging Will see pacer and anesthesia patients as well as ICU and NICU patients Experience or 'Must have' skills 1 year of MRI experience, okay with a first time traveler Must have experience with Siemens and prefer Philips experience 1 year of experience, prefer travel experience and Level II trauma experience is a huge plus- run more like a level I Average of scans/studies per day 30 per day due to long protocols EMR &/or PACS (Picture Archive & Communication System: software & hardware) do they use PACS: McKesson or Changed health Care Meditech Department Specific Equipment (GE, Phillips, Siemens) Siemens and will be getting a Philips scanner Job ID: 439068 About PHP At PHP, you are always the first focus!
