hours (08:30 - 17:00) Experience: Minimum of 3 years License: GA or
Compact license Certifications: COVID-19 vaccine not required, flu
vaccine unknown Must-Have: Two supervisory references preferred,
maximum 7 days RTO Description: Ability to assess, evaluate, and
drive the discharge plan. Coordinate services to the patient's
appropriate level of care. Ensure that the treatment plan is
initiated, evaluated, and re-evaluated daily. Follow the progress
and lack thereof daily. Monitor length of stay and identify
barriers to discharge. Follow regulatory guidelines regarding
patient choice and notices. Schedule: Monday - Friday. Weekend:
None. Call: None. Floating: Within facility/scope of practice as
needed. Minimum experience of 3 years accepted. Unit accepts
first-time travelers. Clinical screening will be reviewed on a
case-by-case basis. If approved, the candidate will be sent to the
manager for final decision. Maximum of 7 days RTO is required with
submission. If one major holiday falls within the assignment
period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays
occur, travelers are expected to work both. If three major holidays
occur, travelers are expected to work two of the holidays. Very
important: Candidates must be available to submit core items and
complete labs within 48 hours of signing the contract to ensure an
on-time start. Local candidates will be accepted at the same rate.
Return travelers must complete one successful assignment outside
prior to being rebooked. Modules are non-billable and hours are
factored in. Modules are completed during orientation and vary by
specialty. Modules are recorded via transcripts.
