The Nurse Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of patient care, and supporting a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: - Provide leadership, clinical expertise, and operational oversight to the Neuro Tele unit. - Collaborate with physicians, staff, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient-centered care. - Manage staffing, scheduling, and staff development, including onboarding, training, and evaluations. - Monitor patient care metrics and quality indicators to meet or exceed established goals. - Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance patient outcomes. - Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and accreditation guidelines. - Serve as a mentor and advocate for nursing staff, fostering professional growth and retention. - Support and lead initiatives in quality improvement, patient safety, and evidence-based practice.
