Job Description:

$130 per hr. Outpatient No Call 20 Patients per shift Support Staff Looking provider to work M-F 8a - 5p in the clinics may need providers to work 3 days at 1 site and float to another for 2 days - do not submit providers without indicating if they will float or not. Please also list all dates the provider can work. Once credentialing receives a complete package, please allow 21 days for credentialing to be completed. Epic training is required and cannot be completed until credentialing is complete
