Job Description:
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking compassionate and dedicated
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide in-home nursing
services to school-age children under our care. This role involves
working closely with families and pediatric patients, administering
daily care according to individual care plans and collaborating
with a team of healthcare professionals. This position enables you
to work within the community, adhering to the highest standards of
nursing and clinical care. Provide one-on-one nursing care in the
home environment based on care plans. Administer medications,
conduct assessments, and monitor vitals. Coordinate with
physicians, therapists, and families to optimize care. Educate
patient families on care procedures and ongoing needs. Document
patient progress and any clinical changes. Ensure compliance with
all health and safety regulations. Strong pediatric nursing skills
Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to perform
physical tasks typically involved in home health settings
Proficient in using healthcare software and systems Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Current
LPN licensure in the state of practice CPR certified Valid driver’s
license and reliable transportation
