Minimum Requirements Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Experience with Oasis assessment and adult therapy Saturday coverage once a month for weekend admits Assignment Details Facility Type: Home Health Shift: Days Shift Hours: 0800-1700 Days of the Week: Monday to Friday Candidate may be required to float to other facilities Location Highlights Gainesville, GA offers a blend of outdoor adventure and cultural experiences.
