Job Description Job Description About the Role: The FT Fully
Licensed Clinician will provide comprehensive mental health
services to clients, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to
ethical standards. This role involves conducting thorough
assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and
delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support '
Substance Use Disorder Treatment, mental and emotional well-being.
The clinician will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to
coordinate care and facilitate client progress toward recovery and
personal goals. Additionally, the clinician will maintain accurate
and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
and organizational policies. This position offers the opportunity
to make a meaningful impact on clients' lives while working
part-time with flexible scheduling options. Minimum Qualifications:
Current and unrestricted clinical license in Georgia (e.g., LCSW,
LPC, LMFT). Master’s in social work, counseling, psychology, or a
related mental health field from an accredited institution.
Demonstrated experience providing clinical mental health services
to diverse populations. Strong knowledge of evidence-based
therapeutic techniques and mental health assessment tools. Ability
to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards and
legal regulations in clinical practice. Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and
clinical documentation software. Previous experience in a part-time
or flexible clinical role. Responsibilities: Conduct clinical
assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs
and appropriate treatment approaches. Develop and implement
individualized treatment plans based on client goals and
evidence-based practices. Provide individual therapy sessions using
a variety of therapeutic modalities. Maintain detailed and
confidential clinical documentation, including progress notes,
treatment plans, and discharge summaries. Collaborate with
healthcare providers, case managers, and other professionals to
ensure coordinated and holistic care. Stay current with best
practices, clinical guidelines, and continuing education
requirements to enhance professional skills. Participate in
supervision, team meetings, and quality improvement initiatives to
support clinical excellence. Skills: The clinician will utilize
strong interpersonal and communication skills daily to build
rapport with clients and effectively convey therapeutic concepts.
Critical thinking and clinical judgment are essential for assessing
client needs and tailoring treatment plans accordingly.
Organizational skills are used to manage caseloads, maintain
accurate documentation, and comply with regulatory standards.
Proficiency with technology, including telehealth platforms and
electronic health records, supports efficient service delivery and
record-keeping. Additionally, cultural competence and empathy
enable the clinician to provide sensitive and individualized care
to clients from diverse backgrounds. LPC, or LCSW or LMFT is
required Experience working with Electronic Health Record systems,
