Growthmindset, always working toward a positive company outcome Preferred Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) and current CPR certification Comfortable assisting with fillings, crowns, cosmetic, and surgical procedures Skilled in 4-handed dentistry and maintaining a sterile, organized operatory Experience with digital X-rays, panoramic, CBCT scans, intraoral photos, and iTero or CEREC scans Experience with oral or IV sedation preferred Familiar with dental software (CareStack is a plus) Follows OSHA and HIPAA guidelines Communicates clearly and helps patients feel calm and informed Works well on a team and adapts easily to a fast-paced day Ready to join a team that makes dentistry a premium walk to the spa rather than a doctor's appointment?
