Gifted Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel position in Albany, Georgia. In your role as a Travel PCU RN, you will manage complex patient care by observing and providing treatment to ill, injured, or recovering adults within the progressive care unit. Monitor and record patient's condition and document provided care services. Treat medical emergencies and provide necessary aftercare. Administer patients' medications and treatments. Assess, implement, plan, or evaluate patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members. Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Critical care nursing Ability to work effectively under pressure Excellent time management Strong decision-making skills Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Patient/Family education Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia or compact state Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association
