Provide immediate medical attention to patients in emergency situations. Assess patient condition and implement critical decisions about needed actions. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient treatment plans. Administer medications, manage intravenous lines, observe and monitor patient's conditions, and maintain accurate records. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and ongoing needs upon discharge. Strong ability to operate under pressure and make crucial decisions swiftly. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, family, and medical staff. Proficiency in using medical software and equipment required in emergency medical treatments. Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
