alone! What You'll Do You'll bring expert, compassionate care to
postpartum and newborn patients - and so much more. As a W.E.S.T.
Float RN, you will: - Use the nursing process (assessment,
diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide
evidence-based, individualized care. - Manage complex clinical
situations with confidence and critical thinking. - Administer
medications safely and accurately, always adhering to sterile
techniques. - Partner with patients and families to educate,
advocate, and empower. - Collaborate with diverse teams to deliver
consistent, high-quality care across the system. What You'll Need
to Bring Education: - Bachelor's degree in nursing or a diploma
from an accredited nursing program required. Licensure &
Certifications: - Active RN License (compact or single state)
required. - BLS required - ACLS certifications required!
Experience: - Minimum 2 years of recent, hands-on RN experience in
a relevant clinical setting required. Skills: - Fluent in English,
with excellent communication and customer service chops - Quick on
your feet and calm under pressure - Organized, thoughtful, and a
