Job Description:
Job Description DirectShifts is seeking compassionate and
dedicated Psychiatrists to join our team in providing comprehensive
mental health care to patients in the vibrant city of Atlanta, GA.
Job Description: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a wide
range of mental health conditions, including mood disorders (such
as depression and bipolar disorder), anxiety disorders, psychotic
disorders, and addiction. Conduct psychiatric evaluations,
including thorough interviews and mental status examinations.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating
psychotherapy, medication management, and other therapeutic
modalities. Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications,
monitoring for effectiveness and side effects. Collaborate with
other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient
care. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records. Stay
up-to-date on the latest advancements in psychiatry and mental
health treatment through ongoing professional development.
Qualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
Valid medical license in Georgia State Extensive experience in
diagnosing and treating mental health conditions Strong clinical
judgment and decision-making skills Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced
