Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical setting. Monitor patient’s health and record signs. Administer medications, provide treatments, and assist in surgeries or procedures. Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and post-discharge care. Supervise and train junior nurses and other healthcare staff. Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized environment for patient care. Coordinate with healthcare professionals in the multi-disciplinary team to plan, manage, and assess patient treatments. Implement and strategize patient management plans adhering to medical guidelines and regulations. Strong clinical skills in a medical-surgical setting. Ability to work and communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills. Capacity to manage multiple cases simultaneously under time constraints. Medical Insurance Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification. Active ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) preferred.
