Job Description:
Georgia Hospice Care (GHC) is seeking a dedicated and
compassionate Regional Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to join our
team. This role involves traveling to multiple GHC locations
throughout Georgia to deliver exceptional end-of-life care in
alignment with our commitment to comfort and quality of life for
patients. As a Regional Travel RN, you will work closely with a
multidisciplinary team to implement personalized care plans,
ensuring that each patient's final days are as comfortable as
possible. You will play a critical role in not only providing
direct patient care but also in supporting families during these
sensitive times. Travel to multiple hospice locations within the
designated region to provide nursing care. Assess patient
conditions and implement appropriate healthcare plans. Collaborate
with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, social workers,
and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
Educate and support patients and their families regarding
end-of-life care and comfort measures. Monitor patient progress and
make necessary adjustments to the care plan. Maintain accurate and
detailed medical records and reports. Ensure compliance with all
health and safety regulations and practices. Strong clinical skills
in a hospice or palliative care setting Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to travel extensively across the
assigned region Proficiency in data entry and medical software

Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia CPR
certification Preferably certified in Hospice and Palliative
